   1. Where is the source of Monadnock Spring and is it tested?

Monadnock spring water derives from our own Wilton NH property.  Our water is analyzed daily by members of our staff who have been certified by the IBWA.  The water is tested by an independent firm weekly and an extensive quarterly analysis for state and federal licensing purposes are performed.  Monadnock Mountain Spring Water exceeds state and federal standards, is a member of the International Bottled Water Association, and is Kosher.

   2. How is our water treated?

All water is pumped into our stainless steel storage silo. Before it reaches the silo this water passes through a set of carbon and sediment filtration units. The water then undergoes a process called "ozonation" which kills any bacteria. Once these three steps are complete, this spring water is now available for use in our bottling operation and for delivery to homes and businesses.

   3. How much does it cost to have water delivered to my business/home?

Initial start-up of service is comprised of the first month's rental for the cooler, plus the cost of the water (# of bottles x $8.00) plus the cost of bottle deposits (# of bottles x $7.00)

A standard home or small office would start with (for example)

When we deliver, we only replace the empties made available, unless the customer requests additional bottles.

   4. How often can deliveries be made?

Deliveries are usually made every 4 weeks, on a rotating schedule. If water consumption is high, we can accommodate a 2 week schedule.

   5. How much water will I/we need?

Usually, a home with 4 people will use 2-3 five gallon bottles in 4 weeks. An office of up to 10 people can use 3-4 bottles in 4 weeks. If you are planning to use spring water for all of your drinking and cooking uses you could estimate your own use by multiplying the number of people by the number of days for the number of gallons to be used. (1 gallon/person/day)

   6. Where does MMSW deliver? Is there a separate charge?

Monadnock Mountain Spring Water services homes and offices free of charge throughout most of New Hampshire to the Kittery, Maine area and as far south as Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

   7. Is there a contract?

There is a 1 year contract for the rental of our coolers, which is self- renewing. This means that you are agreeing to pay for 12 months of service.

   8. How are payments handled?

FOR BUSINESSES:  Initial installation of coolers and water service is payable on receipt. Subsequent deliveries and rental charges will be billed monthly and are expected to be paid within 30 days.

FOR HOMESInitial installation of a cooler and water service is payable on receipt with your MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card. Following installation, your account will be automatically billed monthly to your credit or debit card.

   9. Is it hard to fill the cooler?

Filling a spill-safe cooler is easy-You simply remove the cap label from the top of the bottle, and place the capped bottle onto the cooler. The spill safe attachment on all our coolers will push open the valve in the cover saving you from spilling or contaminating the water.  Click here for cooler cleaning instructions.
